Samual Marrs grows up and reaches adulthood in York county. Raised in the Pennsylvania countryside, he takes favor and courts young Francina Bradshaw.

    Down the Wilderness Road
    The Wilderness road that was the frontier travel way in the 1700's. Much of it is todays I-81 running north and south in Virgina's back country.

    1780 - 1789

    American Frontier is invading native "indian" lands and battle grounds between several tribal nations. Partly motivated by his mothers death, Henry Marrs actions gains him a reputation amoung these tribes as a fierce indian tracker and is given nickname 'Big Creek'.
