Believed to be a blacksmith
He appears to have moved to Jessimine County with his brothers Christopher, John and James
in 1793 before getting married the next year in nearby Bourbon County. My records are not
accurate here, but it seems by 1809, the family had moved to Shelby County, Ohio (James born
in that year in that county).
